What is "non-permit" plumbing work? Different municipalities have different requirements regarding what work requires a permit and what does not. For work requiring a permit, some municipalities stipulate that a licensed plumber do the work. Sometimes, it is permissible for a licensed plumber to work with a non-licensed contractor and oversee the work. I am not a licensed plumber, but I do have quite a bit of experience and knowledge from working with licensed plumbers, and I'd be happy to talk with you about how I can help with your plumbing needs within the parameters of your municipality's requirements.
